Pick-up – Drop-off

We may deliver and pick up your car at the port, your hotel or anywhere else you ask (with a small charge depending on the location).

Driver conditions

Driver must be at least 23 years of age for vehicles of any category.

Display of a valid driver’s license, held at least for 1 year. Citizens of non-EU countries shall hold an international driver’s license along with their regular one.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation occurs 2 weeks in advance, booking deposit is refunded.

Traffic tickets – Fines

Hirer is liable for any traffic tickets and fines due to administrative offences.

Method of payment

Payment may be done either cash or by card (credit/debit).

Fuel

Hirer shall return the car with the same amount of fuel as when it was collected. In case the car is returned with less fuel than when collected, hirer is charged with the cost of missing fuel. No refund occurs if the car is returned with a greater amount of fuel than when collected.

Accident

In case of accident the hirer shall inform the agency.

Insurance

Rented vehicle is on basic car insurance coverage with upgrade to comprehensive insurance coverage optional.

Driving

Off-road driving is forbidden for conventional vehicles.
